Your Privacy is Not for Sale

Oasis/A.I. Financial Asset Analytics & Design (OAI), a trade name of Oasis Capital Management LLC does not and will not sell your personal information to anyone or any reason.  Effective immediately, OAI (“we” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy of information we maintain about you, your family or business entity.  Here are the details about our commitment including the types of information we collect, how we use and share that information, and your ability to limit certain data sharing.

This Privacy Notice applies to all customers and consumers of which we have or had a professional relationship.  Throughout this Privacy Notice (for the purpose of this Notice only) “customers” includes discretionary and non-discretionary account clients.  The information we collect and how we may use it may vary depending upon the product or service provided.

OAI does share client information with our custodians and trading platform partners, which include but is not limited to financial brokerage firms, law firms, accountant firms, including Interactive Broker Corp., Dillon Gage Metals or Schwab Institutional.  Each offers its own Client Privacy Policy. 

How We Collect Information About You

1] Application and Registration Data – We collect your personal information when you open and account, enroll in one of our service programs, request information or participate in and OAI promotional activity.  We may also capture your information from your employer via retirement plan or employee benefit program plan sponsor where OAI has been hired to provide investment analytic &  design services. We may also collect data from third parties such as consumer reporting agencies to verify your identity, employment or creditworthiness, or to better understand your financial needs.  This information may include social security number, driver’s license, Passport, as well as other investments.

2] Transaction Experience Data  – Once your account is open, we collect and maintain personal information about your account activity, including transactions, balances, deposits and withdraws, positions and history, which allows us to properly service your account(s).

How We Share Information About You with Servicing Organizations

We may share information with outside companies to assist with processing transactions in your account.  We may use other companies to provide services for OAI like for printing or mailings or when we are instructed to comply with Federal & State laws.  OAI complies with state laws that apply to disclosure or use of information about you.  If you are a Vermont resident, we will automatically limit information without your having to advise us of your privacy choice.  If you are a Nevada resident, we are required to give you the following notice:
