Oasis A.I. is led from Wilmington, in the Eastern Carolinas, by Tom Robertson — with more than twenty-seven years in investment management, fifteen of them as chief investment manager for family offices and private accounts.
He founded Oasis Capital Management in 2008 and spent the years that followed inside private portfolios: equities, options strategies, and the quieter work of sitting with families who had already built something worth protecting. The licenses were Series 7, 63, and 65. The manner was always the same — private, unhurried, and accountable to the people in the room.
The practice that followed is not another portal. Families come to assemble the records that matter in a life emergency, write the instructions loved ones will actually need, and look clearly at the risks a “diversified” portfolio can still hide after age 65. The tools are modern. The conversation is not.
Nothing is asked of a family that requires living inside a web account. Work is done in person when it matters, on the coast where the practice is based, with the same standard Tom brought to family-office work: protect what took a lifetime to build, and leave the people you love able to act.
